By accessing or using ServiceCart Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
ServiceCart Pro provides a software-as-a-service platform for field service businesses, including service catalog management, mobile sales tools, digital proposals, customer relationship management, commission tracking, and analytics. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, and other content, is owned by ServiceCart Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceCart Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
